Good facilities! Good location! Friendly staff, especially, the manager Saluck was so friendly and helpful 😃. The cherry on top thing about this hotel was the delicious breakfast 🍽️ 🥞 🍳 with a variety of options. Even you could enjoy freshly cooked pancake and omelette by the lady in the breakfast section. Besides, you can reach to the central area (Sultanahmet Blue Mosque 🕌 ,Hagia Sofia) with just a few minutes stroll while exploring the vibrant Grand Bazar of Istanbul 🇹🇷. However, if you wanna go by Tram or Metro train 🚇, the Tram and Metro stations are only a few steps away from the hotel. Highly recommended! 💯

Very good location, in the center of european part of Istanbul (all sightseeing monuments are in range of 1 or 2km as well as T1 tram line, Maramay and Metro). Stuff was more than pleasant and helpful. My brother is in wheelchair. All technical issues connected with his condition Selçuk, Yavuz and Kenan solved, from geting in/out of lift, breakfast in bed, taxi calling, gave us all needed information. Breakfast was various and sufficient, pancakes were perfect. Internet very good. Rooms were clean, towels and bed sheets were changed daily.

The staff were very friendly! We were greeted by Kemal when we arrived who was very kind and helpful as well as the rest of the team. The room was clean which really is most important. Breakfast was yummy as well. The location was perfect close to the centre, tram, metro which makes it easier to get around. Upon leaving we lost our purse the night before without realising until we were checking out and Rafik and the rest of the staff helped call the store and speak with the Taxi driver and we were able to get the purse and get to the airport on time. My mother in law came here previously and she recommended we go again, I would definitely come back. Thank you again Benler Otel team!

Everything was as per our expectations, but the price was a little bit high (100 Euro/night/double room). Personal was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was not so variated but enough. NOTE: If you travel by car, I strongly recommend to use the in house parking near Double Tree Hotel (vis-à-vis Benler Otel).

Staff was very cooperative specially Selcuk. Our flight was in the evening 8PM and he allowed us to stay in our rooms until 3 PM, which was a big favour from Selcuk. Overall Very happy with the location and breakfast, clean rooms, AC working perfect, a bit of traffic noise as our room was facing the main road. If visiting Istanbul again will stay in this hotel again, Highly recommended.
